7. Information on data protection in our authority
If you send us your application documents by e-mail, we will save them for processing your application. We will keep applications in paper form for the application procedure. We may contact you to arrange an interview or test work. If you are hired, we will file your application documents together with your personnel file. If no employment relationship is established, we will delete or destroy your documents after approx. 2 months, unless you give us your consent to keep your documents for any further vacancies.
The processing of the data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO in the context of pre-contractual measures to the employment contract. The application documents are only forwarded internally to the required parts of the application procedure.
In order to provide our holiday guests the BayerwaldCard and the GUTi ticket, the host collect the following data: Your full name, address and date of birth. The data will be collected from you by your host and transmitted to the authority of Regen.
This gives you the opportunity to use the BayerwaldCard and the GUTi-Ticket during your stay and to take advantage of discounts for our guests.
The legal basis of the processing is based on your booking according to Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO within the framework of the contract with you.
Your data will be stored on our systems within the scope of the legal obligation to store them.
Inquiries and processing
If you submit an inquiry or a request to us by e-mail or personally, we will collect the following personal data to answer you within the framework of the process: Name, address, telephone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address, e-mail content, circumstances, e-mail history.
